Our team is seeking a customer service professional to work in our Perth branch. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to develop your skills and build relationships with local customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

You will be the face of our organization, working in-branch to provide exceptional customer service and help customers achieve their financial goals. To do this, you will need to understand their individual needs and circumstances, and deliver tailored solutions that offer the most value for them. Along the way, you will use your business skills to identify new leads across various products, including wealth management, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
