Key Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow forecasts, variance analysis and commentary.
- Preparation of yearly budget including reforecasting and analysis of actual vs budget utilising Excel and Power BI.
- Ongoing maintenance and updating of financial models, budgets and forecasts.
- Preparation of scenario analysis for ad-hoc business requests.
- Conduct month-end reconciliations and assist with financial analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- A degree in accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA or CA.
- Prior experience in a Management Accounting / Business Partnering role.
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
