We are looking for an experienced Workplace Investigation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Australian employment law and its practical application, as well as confidence and expertise in leading complex workplace investigations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving external ER claims and litigation, representing us in relevant tribunals, and partnering closely with our leaders, P&C and other stakeholders. If you possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, and can make sound decisions under pressure, we want to hear from you.
