The Opportunity

We seek a dedicated and proactive Senior Transport Advisor to join our Transport Advisory team within our Brisbane business unit. You will possess a good understanding of traffic engineering in the context of urban and regional transport systems and provide advice on traffic engineering assessment and design, freight and logistics, and development impacts.

This role will collaborate closely with experienced Directors of Transport Advisory and play a part in supporting employee growth and development.

  • Deliver services including expert advice on traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, approval processes, and management.
  • Apply advanced traffic engineering and management principles, providing guidance on land use/transport planning, transport network design, due diligence assessments, master plans, and approval processes and management.
  • Support the delivery of strategic transport advisory projects and other national initiatives.
  • Provide technical and management support to the Transport Advisory team.
  • Identify opportunities to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines and Business Units across Urbis and Cistri.
  • Generate new work and profitable business performance through the maintenance and building upon new and existing client relationships.
  • Nurture and develop individual staff members through effective coaching and mentoring.
