Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced software engineer to lead our engineering team as we scale. As one of our earliest hires, you'll have the opportunity to shape our product, tech stack, and culture from day one.

You'll be hands-on in developing our core platform, making foundational choices on architecture and stack, and setting the bar for technical excellence. You'll also recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, guiding them to push the limits of what's possible with AI, machine learning, and automation in security.

This role requires strong background in building scalable, secure systems, and experience building AI agents and integrating AI into products. Expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or similar is a must.

Additionally, we're looking for someone with great communication skills who can translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and build our AI-driven penetration testing platform
  • Define stack, roadmap, and long-term engineering strategy with the founder
  • Bring in the latest advancements in AI and security testing
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead an engineering team as the company scales
  • Establish and embed best practice in secure coding, testing, and delivery
Requirements
  • 7+ years in software engineering, ideally as a full-stack engineer or frontend focused
  • Strong background in building scalable, secure systems
  • Experience building AI agents and integrating AI into products
  • Expertise in modern programming languages (such as Python, Go, Rust, or similar)
  • Great communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
