  • As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs, collaborating on technical strategies, evaluating emerging AI-enabled development platforms, ensuring code quality, mentoring team members, and promoting agile experimentation.

Your Mission

  • To leverage generative AI tools to enhance software engineering processes, enabling faster development cycles and stronger outcomes.
  • This role combines technical delivery with leadership, experimentation, and culture shaping, requiring a unique blend of skills and expertise.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A strong background in building scalable, resilient systems across cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
  • Experience applying generative AI to enhance software engineering, including RAG architectures using LlamaIndex or LangChain.
  • Familiarity with building agentic systems using tools like AutoGen or SemanticKernel.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#, with experience in microservices architecture.
  • Daily use of AI coding assistants and interest in tools like GitHub Copilot.
  • Understanding of platforms such as Claude, LiteLLM, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and others.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and technical leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working in agile environments and guiding projects from ideation to delivery.
