We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Clinical Advisor to join our team at the Department of Justice and Community Safety. In this critical role, you will provide expert advice on complex clinical and operational issues related to the delivery of offending behaviour interventions across Victoria.
About the Business UnitOur Forensic Intervention Services team provides specialist programs and services to individuals in custody and in the community. We aim to reduce reoffending and contribute to community safety through evidence-based screening, assessment, and intervention services.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements in clinical service delivery. Your expertise in program planning and development, particularly in the area of psychometric assessment, will be essential in driving positive outcomes.
About You- You will have a strong understanding of relevant frameworks for offending behaviour rehabilitation.
- You will be able to provide expert advice on complex clinical and operational issues.
- You will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
