Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and commercialization of rotary blood pumps, leveraging your expertise in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
  • Oversee the design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical circulatory support systems, ensuring compliance with GLP and GMP regulations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and high-level external partners.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful project delivery and budget management.

Requirements
  • Doctoral qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
  • Extensive experience in leading the development and commercialization of rotary blood pumps.
  • Demonstrated excellence in leading mechanical circulatory support design, prototyping, and testing.
  • Proven experience working in a regulated environment, with knowledge of industry standards for medical device development.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to establish and achieve goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
