Asahi Beverages is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Transformation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial delivery of our transformation program, ensuring results are delivered in a sustainable way and aligned with our company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall financial delivery of the Transformation program
- Act as a key interface between the Transformation team and the broader Finance team
- Manage and lead specific Transformation projects, including cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Communicate the transformation financial progress to key stakeholders
- Lead and support financial analysis on group transformation projects
About You:
- Previous experience in a finance role, preferably in a transformation or change management capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in business and financial analysis to enable effective decision making
- Extensive experience in strategy development and implementation, ideally in FMCG sector
- Strong financial acumen and ability to assess financial implications of decisions and recommendations
