About the Role

The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and comfort of the physical environment within the facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee and perform regular maintenance tasks throughout the facility, including inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and repair equipment used in the facility or outsource to external companies.
