Brief Description

The Role

Support the Head of Business Analysis in developing and implementing scalable, agile-aligned business analysis (BA) processes, frameworks, and templates across the organisation. Lead a centralised BA function that supports and mentors decentralised Business Analysts, fostering collaboration, consistency, and excellence.

You'll mentor BAs across teams, driving best practices that align with Auto & General's environment and compliance needs.

Design and implement adaptable BA methodologies, capability frameworks, artefacts, and templates tailored for a dynamic, regulated environment
Promote a "compliance by design" culture across teams
Lead, mentor, and support Business Analysts at all levels, ensuring consistent, high-quality BA delivery
Drive continuous improvement in BA practices and tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing

What Experience You'll Bring

8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Senior BA, or Lead BA in complex, regulated environments
Proven leadership and mentoring skills, including coaching BA teams
Expertise in BA tools, frameworks, and agile delivery methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in developing and implementing BA capability frameworks, templates and processes
Ability to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and compliance
Previous experience in a BA Centre of Excellence or Practice is preferred
