As Coordinator of Out of School Hours Care, you will oversee our OSHC Service and Vacation Care program, ensuring it provides high-quality care and meets the needs of our growing school community.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and implement a dynamic OSHC and Vacation Care program that meets the developmental and social needs of children who attend the service.
  • Develop engaging activities within the scope and budget of the program.
  • Establish partnerships with community organisations to enhance program offerings and access additional resources.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including rostering, staff supervision, and administrative duties.
  • Foster a positive team culture amongst educators and provide ongoing support, guidance, and professional development for staff.
  • Ensure the program meets or exceeds Framework requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records related to children's attendance, program participation, and any health or behavioural needs.
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities, including resource procurement and tracking expenses.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A current Positive Notice working with children Blue Card, or ability to obtain one.
  • Relevant qualifications in Childcare, Education, or related field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
