Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mine Manager to lead our mining operations from our Remote Operations Centre (ROC) facility in Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control mining operations using advanced technology and remote systems.
  • Manage truck fleets to enhance safety, production, and cost outcomes.
  • Analyse real-time data and make adjustments to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Key Requirements
  • Experience with Fleet Management and/or Autonomous Haulage Systems.
  • Proficiency in Caterpillar MINESTAR or Modular Mining Systems DISPATCH is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in mining operations, preferably in a remote operations centre or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with on-site and off-site personnel.
