Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading, transporting, and unloading furniture, equipment, and household items safely and efficiently.
  • Dismantling and reassembling furniture as needed to prevent damage during moves.
  • Handling items with care to prevent damage, adhering to all safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their specific moving requirements and needs.
  • Operating moving trucks and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely and smooth moves.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless and efficient moves.
Requirements:
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential, with the opportunity for on-the-job training.
  • Valid driver's license (international or Australian) required for safe transportation of goods.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
