We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at ATRSP Lineage AUS TRS Pty Ltd. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Australian HR team with administration tasks and participating in HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the onboarding of new employees by organizing employment contracts, new starter paperwork, and induction schedules.
- Process employee change forms, including drafting letters within 24 hours.
- Work with the Payroll team and HR Business Partners to ensure all hiring and employment changes are processed and documented in a timely manner.
- Support resourcing activities, including arranging medical checks, reference checking, internal and external advertising, supporting talent acquisition, and managers in shortlisting resumes.
- Maintain HR data and information on employee files and HRIS, including filing of all appropriate correspondence.
- Update HR dashboards on team members based in Australia and Asia Pac HR reports on request.
- Translate HR and business requirements to support the enhancement of system functionality and streamline HR processes (in collaboration with HRIS manager and HRIS configuration partner).
- Complete user acceptance testing of new requirements to validate the functionality and performance of Workday modules.
- Create, export, and deliver custom and ad hoc reports from HR systems.
- Provide training and demonstrations to end-users on Workday system functionality to support effective change management.
- Experience in HR Administration and strong HRIS knowledge, ideally Workday.
- Ability to gather, source, and interpret organizational data to support the continuous improvement of processes.
- Familiarity with general payroll practices and processes.
- Tertiary qualified in HR, Business, or Commerce.
- Exceptional MS Office knowledge and proficiency.
- Basic experience of managing employee relations and/or Australian workplace legislation (FWA, NES, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and collaborative team.
- Developing productive relationships across all functions of the business.
