As a Liquor Ambassador, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

About the Role

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about the liquor industry and has in-depth knowledge of various beverages. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with customers, helping them find their perfect drink.

Ongoing training and development opportunities will enable you to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

About You and Your Skills

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • You have a solid understanding of our products, allowing you to confidently answer customer queries and make recommendations.
  • While prior experience is beneficial, we place great value on your personality and passion for the liquor industry, which will set you apart from others.
  • You are physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy loads up to 17kg.
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification, which is a legal requirement for selling liquor in Australia.

Please note that maintaining a valid RSA certificate is essential for this role.
