Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cremorne, VIC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering strong operational objectives for our wholesale business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Key Operational Objectives: You will be responsible for delivering key operational objectives for the wholesale business, including supporting the wholesale brand managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
  • Support Wholesale Brand Managers: You will assist with the execution of the brand costings and product setup process from start to finish, as well as sourcing assets, creating drafts, and proofing brand catalogues.
  • Operational Efficiency: You will assist with running key stock reports, including clearance, free stock, SKU count, free later, and other ad-hoc reports, with the goal of driving faster sales to customers and increasing profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: You will attend all brand range releases, conferences, weekly sales meetings, and relevant operations and brand communications as required.
  • Data Analysis: You will assist with weekly sell-through reports, key account line lists/reports/information, and brand/product reports per sell as required.
  • Communication: You will own the upkeep of the sales calendar while ensuring clear communication to the wholesale team and wider Accent business.

Requirements:

  • Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Adobe Acrobat Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is also required.
  • AP21 (Preferred): While AP21 is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask are crucial for this position.
  • Critical Thinking: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based out of our state-of-the-art offices in Cremorne, VIC.
