Wholesale Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our team at Skechers. Based in Cremorne, VIC, this is a full-time permanent opportunity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver key operational objectives for the wholesale business.
- Support Wholesale Brand Managers and the wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
- Assist with brand costings and product setup from start to finish.
- Source assets, create drafts, and proof brand catalogues.
- Order samples from principals, arrange upkeep, packing lists, and dispatch to sales teams/customers as required, and drive sample returns to relevant parties.
- Run key stock reports (Clearance, Free Stock, SKU Count, Free Later) to drive faster sales to customers, increasing profitability.
- Attend Brand Range Releases, Conferences, Weekly Sales Meetings, and operations/brand communications as required.
- Assist with Weekly Sell Through Reports, Key Account Line Lists/Reports/Information, and Brand/Product reports per sell as required.
- Own the upkeep of the Sales Calendar while ensuring clear communication to the Wholesale team and wider Accent business.
To be successful, you will have:
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
- AP21 experience (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
