About the Role

This position requires you to collaborate with other managers to ensure your team are trained, supported, retained, and held accountable to performance expectations, while maintaining clinical standards in delivering quality client outcomes.

  • Drive accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures.
  • Develop strategies to enhance a positive work environment and contribute to a culture that is supportive and inclusive.
  • Develop and implement individual clinician career development plans to support growth and caseload development.
  • Lead by example by maintaining a clinical caseload and achieving performance metrics.
About You

We seek an experienced professional who can demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed performance expectations, maintain clinical standards, and prioritize workloads effectively.

  • Proven ability to maintain high-quality client outcomes and deliver results-driven care.
  • Ability to develop and implement new strategies and prioritize workloads efficiently.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and drive excellence.
  • Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Check and satisfactory Police Check.
  • Current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
