Trade Sales Administrator Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in processing customer orders and providing exceptional service to trade customers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Process customer orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to trade customers.
  • Perform general administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Data Entry Skills: Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and sense of urgency.
  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team preferred.
