We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmacist to contribute to our healthcare team at Nepean Hospital. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmacy services and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on medication therapy and management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting, is preferred.
