Join our team at HPS, where we're united by a shared purpose: connecting communities to care.We're currently seeking a full-time pharmacist to join our team at HPS Darlinghurst, supporting pharmacy services at St Vincent's Private Hospital, a 310-bed tertiary hospital specialising in Cardiac Surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, and Young Adult Mental Health, HPS Darlinghurst also provides services to our Public Hospital partners.About the RoleAs a Hospital Pharmacist, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:Dispensing and supplying medications in line with legal and professional standardsParticipating in clinical ward roundsCollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomesSupporting oncology and clinical trial pharmacy services (training provided)This role involves working across a 76-hour fortnight, including 1–2 weekend shifts per month.Hours of operation:What You'll NeedCurrent AHPRA registration as a pharmacistPreferable 2 years' experience in pharmacy practice (not mandatory)Strong knowledge of PBS and dispensary workflowsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritise workloadHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsRecent hospital experience is preferred but not requiredWhy Join Us?
