Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, where you will be responsible for all operational functions related to the employment, coordination and support of junior doctors.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of junior doctors;
  • Rostering and medical workforce support to our clinical units;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and working with a high degree of flexibility;
  • Scheduling and managing tight timeframes;
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve outstanding results.

Salary and Employment Terms

This is a full-time ongoing position, with an estimated annual salary of $87,331.30 (based on 42.34 per hour). The successful candidate will also be entitled to generous salary packaging opportunities.
