About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial lawyer to join our in-house legal team as a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market-leading international company, offering a diverse and interesting in-house legal role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, negotiate, and draft contracts and commercial agreements
  • Advise on regulatory issues and governance risks
  • Assist with other legal issues related to a large base of suppliers
  • Work closely with the collaborative General Counsel and other key managers
  • Provide support to a strong compliance framework with guidance and training
Requirements
  • At least 5 years PQE and up to about 10 PQE
  • Front-end commercial lawyer with training in a well-regarded firm or in-house
  • Ability to get on well with people from a range of backgrounds
  • Commercially-minded rather than just a black-letter lawyer
