Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Assistant Venue Manager to partner with our Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling multifaceted venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-capacity venues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the venue
- Manage staff and ensure exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement revenue-building ideas
- Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate stock loss
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $77,000 + Superannuation
- KPI Bonus of up to $5,000
- Opportunity to work with a professional and well-known hospitality team
- A supportive and autonomous role with a focus on work-life balance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of management experience in a similar venue
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
- Ability to learn venue reporting and systems
- Current Unrestricted Managers license
