Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Compliance Auditor to oversee our quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and assessing providers' compliance with regulatory standards.

About the Role

  • Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of provider documentation to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including providers and management.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track compliance progress.
  • Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on compliance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in auditing, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
