**Job Description**

As a senior tax professional, you will be responsible for providing tax structuring and compliance services to clients. You will work with a range of entrepreneurial start-up businesses, established private businesses and high net wealth individuals and families.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. We encourage flexible working arrangements that balance your professional and personal life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide tax structuring and tax compliance services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to network and develop new business.
  • Advise clients on a broad range of key tax issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experience in Tax Consulting, ideally in a top-tier or second-tier accounting firm or legal firm.
  • Experience in managing junior staff and their development.
  • Advanced tax technical knowledge relevant to any of the corporate groups, individuals or trusts.
