Development Manager

The Development Manager plays a crucial role in leading and managing the marketing, communications, enrolments, and alumni functions of Parade College. This position is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, contributing to the College's vision and goals, and managing various aspects of the College's brand, digital presence, and development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the College's brand, programs, and services.
- College Enrolments: Manage the enrolment process, including student recruitment and retention strategies, to achieve enrolment targets.
- Development and Fundraising: Lead the development and fundraising efforts, including major events and campaigns, to support the College's mission and goals.
- Brand Management: Oversee the College's brand, including advertising, print, collateral, and merchandise.
- Digital Presence: Manage the College's digital presence, including social media, website, and online platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communications, and development, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple priorities. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
