About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Bonds Outlet Bundoora Store.
This is a Fixed Term position at 38 hours/week until 10/9/25.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving exceptional customer experiences and helping the team to deliver on budgets and KPIs
- Succession planning the team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity
- Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and making commercial decisions
- Understanding Stock Management processes and prioritizing tasks
- Couching and providing on-the-spot feedback to team members
- Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive the business
