Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Lead

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to lead our team during the 3rd shift. This individual will be responsible for performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery, diagnosing and leading maintenance associates in the repair of industrial equipment, and assigning work orders.

  • Liaise with Senior Maintenance Manager to prioritize job load of maintenance associates and ensure accuracy and safety in all operations.
  • Train and develop maintenance associates in preventive maintenance and repair of extrusion lines.
  • Ensure proper communication of projects, timelines, and updates between all shifts.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with a minimum of ten years of experience and leadership skills developed in an applicable field. You should have knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, PLC program, and plant utility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose and lead maintenance associates in the repair of industrial equipment.
  • Assign work orders and train maintenance associates in the repair of extrusion lines.
  • Work with Maintenance Leads to coordinate and prioritize job load of maintenance associates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ten years of maintenance experience and leadership skills developed in an applicable field.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, PLC program, and plant utility operations.
