Job Opportunity: Data Solution Designer

We are seeking an experienced Data Solution Designer to drive data empowerment and success for our stakeholders.

  • Design end-to-end data solutions with Snowflake, AWS S3, and Glue.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts on solution patterns and integration strategies.
  • Lead technical workshops and stakeholder engagements to capture requirements and present solution options.
  • Evaluate solutions against enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Document solution designs, data flows, and technical specifications with clarity and precision.
  • Support implementation teams with guidance, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience designing solutions with Snowflake, AWS S3, and AWS Glue in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices on AWS.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within regulated environments (e.g., government or financial services).
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, Redshift).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of data modeling and performance optimization in Snowflake.
  • Certifications in AWS or Snowflake.
