We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Prouds Jewellers in Woden. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer experiences while achieving personal sales targets
  • Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
  • Ensure high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
  • Merchandise products to showcase our range in line with promotional set-up guidelines
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in supervising, inspiring, and leading a high-performing team
  • An understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
  • A passion for merchandising and stock management in a busy sales environment
