Key Fashion Design Role

This is a pivotal position in our design team where you will play a crucial role in shaping the creative direction of our brand.

The Senior Designer will contribute to the strategic development of product offerings, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market demands.

You will be instrumental in bringing the brand aesthetic to life through innovative and trend-driven designs.

  • Design seasonal collections that align with our brand's strategic vision
  • Be responsible for creating compelling designs and ensuring their relevance and execution of global and market trends
  • Collaborate with the Lead Designer and Head of Product to deliver highly relevant, on-trend, commercial product that appeals to our customer
  • Assist the Lead Designer in developing and strengthening ranges and the design team
  • Focus on customer needs, sales growth, and positioning our brand as best-in-market
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers and sellers, negotiate profitable business outcomes, and work collaboratively with Production and Planning to execute our product brand vision
  • Evaluate range competitiveness, maximize sales, and achieve financial targets/margins while adhering to critical path and quality requirements

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical confidence, ability to communicate articulately, and influence across the business regarding production & product
  • Background in product design/management with ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
  • Passion for fashion, distinct sense of trends, design, and construction
  • High detail orientation, organization, and ability to set standards and execute
  • Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere and build strong working relationships internally & externally
