Housekeeping Support Role

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a diligent and compassionate individual to fill the position of Housekeeping Support. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for residents.

About the Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient cleaning processes
  • Adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity, ideally in aged care
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with diverse individuals
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
