We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our community care team in Australia.

Job Summary

The Occupational Therapist will work with patients in their homes, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans, and advocating on their behalf. The role involves providing support with home modifications, equipment prescription, and assistive technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and ideas.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on various topics.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • A minimum two years' clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A valid drivers' license.
  • Ambition and ability to work in a community setting.
