This is an exciting opportunity to work with cloud-based systems, designing and optimizing infrastructure to ensure stability, security, and efficiency.
About the Role:The role involves administering and managing MS Cloud services, including Identity, Exchange, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, and more. You will design, deploy, and maintain cloud network infrastructure, serving as a technical SME for ICT Operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Cloud Administration: Manage and oversee MS Cloud services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Infrastructure Design: Design and deploy cloud network infrastructure, meeting the needs of a dynamic organization.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to team members on cloud computing security requirements and new technology implementations.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with IT Security to align SOE security hardening with PSPF, ISM, ACSC, CIS, and DTA Protected pattern guidelines.
- Automated Processes: Develop and enhance automated processes for reliable solution deployment, managing application packaging and deployment via Intune with IT Security endorsement.
- Evaluation and Optimization: Participate in ICT Operations device evaluations, ensuring applications and infrastructure perform efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
- Microsoft Azure and 365 training and certifications are desirable.
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including system designs and governance, change requests, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Experience in overseeing system upgrades and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Ability to provide effective training to users and promote system proficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and incident management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to contribute to projects and initiatives, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- As the cloud SME, provide advice and guidance to the team and foster continuous learning and team growth.
- Must hold a minimum Baseline clearance.
