As a key member of our executive team, you will have a tangible impact on how tens of thousands of students experience their education.

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to shape the strategic direction of a broad and integrated portfolio that supports students across their entire journey, from enrolment to graduation and beyond.

You will lead diverse teams spanning student administration, support, wellbeing, engagement and systems, working in close partnership with faculties, senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure our university continues to set the benchmark for student-centred services.

You will drive innovation in service delivery, ensuring students feel supported, connected and empowered to succeed, while strengthening our reputation through compliance, governance and operational excellence.

About You

As an experienced and inspirational leader, you bring significant senior leadership experience in higher education or a comparable environment.

You have a proven ability to deliver service transformation at scale in a complex multi-stakeholder environment, balancing innovation with governance and regulatory requirements.

You are a strong communicator who can engage, inspire and collaborate with diverse communities, including students, staff and partners.

Above all, you are driven by a commitment to student success and to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion.
