Job Title: Integration Solutions Expert

 

Job Summary:

The Integration Solutions Expert bridges the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex integration problems. The ideal candidate has experience working with ERP systems, specifically Workday, and is proficient in software development, data mapping, and configuration.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive integration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
  • Analyze business requirements and design effective solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement data mappings, configurations, and workflows to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to improve overall team performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration and software development.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, data mapping, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
