DevOps Excellence

As a DevOps Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution and enhancement of our technology capabilities.

You will lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, designing, building, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and scalable infrastructure.

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for DevOps excellence, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and business value realization.
  • Foster a culture of automation, accountability, and continuous improvement by promoting Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, resolving deployment challenges and enhancing delivery speed.
  • Promote automation and self-service strategies to increase productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Enhance platform monitoring for proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill the team, encouraging innovation, knowledge sharing, and technical expertise.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in scripting and automation with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • Strong AWS skills: EC2, S3, networking, Kubernetes (EKS), OpenShift (ROSA), and cloud automation.
  • Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo with Git version control.
  • Proficient in integrating security, monitoring, and observability tools like Snyk, Fortify, Dynatrace, Splunk, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and automated testing tools to enhance delivery pipelines.
