Overview

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our software engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer at our company, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining platforms, tooling, and software applications. You'll work collaboratively with our team to research, design, estimate, and implement new features.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality software applications
  • Designing and building secure-by-design environments
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring coding standards are followed

You'll also be responsible for taking ownership of feature productionization, robustness, and scalability.

Requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Extensive experience crafting and building software using the latest delivery techniques
  • A real passion for quality, clean code, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to motivate self and others, and a passion to mentor junior engineers
  • Ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
