**Responsibilities**As a lead software engineer, your responsibilities will include:1. Designing and delivering scalable, secure digital products.2. Fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.**Requirements**To be successful in this role, you will need:1. 10+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.2. Strong expertise in JavaScript (React) and/or Java or C#, and Node.js.3. Extensive experience with AWS cloud technologies, serverless, and event-driven architectures.4. Proficient in modern CI/CD practices, observability, and end-to-end software development.5. Experience communicating complex ideas and concepts with peers and stakeholders.6.
