About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insights Specialist to provide high-level commercial advice and support using data-driven insights to drive performance reporting, planning, and analysis.
The Responsibilities:
- Offer effective finance business partnering support to Operational stakeholders by providing timely and accurate financial information.
- Produce and distribute weekly and monthly performance reports and analysis that meet stakeholder needs.
- Analyze budget and forecasting processes to identify key drivers of business performance.
- Develop and maintain ad hoc reports and analysis based on operational requirements.
- Evaluate initiatives and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Improve and automate existing reporting processes and introduce new ones as needed.
- Support the development of business cases to drive improved returns on capital expenditures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes accordingly.
About You:
- Hold a relevant qualification such as CA or CPA with strong analytical skills and commercial acumen gained in a large corporate environment.
- Be a positive, inquisitive professional who can be tenacious yet operate with a consultative and collaborative style.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record of working with large volumes of data in ambiguous environments.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Retail or FMCG is advantageous but not essential.
