About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated practice leader to oversee the daily operations of our clinic and support the veterinary and nursing team in delivering exceptional patient and client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a cohesive and positive team culture, fostering strong relationships with staff, clients, and patients.
  • Manage rostering, recruitment, and staff development, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Oversee client service standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Manage financial processes, stock control, and business reporting, driving practice efficiency and growth while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in practice management, veterinary, or healthcare management (desired).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • A client-focused approach, with a commitment to building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
  • Business acumen, including experience in budgeting and financial processes, to drive practice success.
