Lead and Develop a Vibrant Early Learning Centre

The Centre Director role presents an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a thriving early learning centre in the community.

This full-time leadership position requires experience in early childhood education, with a strong commercial acumen and financial management skills. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) and a QLD Working with Children's Check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals
  • Plan for the future of the centre

About the Centre

The centre operates Monday to Friday, with shifts between 6:30am – 6:30pm. The team meets high quality standards and offers a range of benefits including salary packaging, paid professional development, and two wellbeing days per year.
