We are seeking an experienced Store Leader who is eager to accelerate their career and oversee a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.
The opportunity will also involve involvement in local community initiatives, partnering with sports events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- To manage store operations efficiently and effectively, achieving optimal results in sales targets, key performance indicators, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- To motivate and develop a high-performing team, driving results in key performance indicators and added value targets.
- To closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement, recognizing outstanding results and addressing missed opportunities.
- To manage wage costs effectively, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- To coach and mentor team members, maintaining high morale and encouraging development through training and succession planning.
- To ensure efficient occupational health and safety management, adhering to state and national regulations.

- Demonstrated experience as a Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Sound operational and strategic skills, including experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Experience with effective roster management and wage control.
