We are seeking an experienced Store Leader who is eager to accelerate their career and oversee a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment.

The opportunity will also involve involvement in local community initiatives, partnering with sports events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage store operations efficiently and effectively, achieving optimal results in sales targets, key performance indicators, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
  • To motivate and develop a high-performing team, driving results in key performance indicators and added value targets.
  • To closely monitor store sales and identify areas for improvement, recognizing outstanding results and addressing missed opportunities.
  • To manage wage costs effectively, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • To coach and mentor team members, maintaining high morale and encouraging development through training and succession planning.
  • To ensure efficient occupational health and safety management, adhering to state and national regulations.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A motivated and driven attitude.
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
  • Ability to think strategically, identifying areas for improvement and driving sales and key performance indicators.
  • Sound operational and strategic skills, including experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Experience with effective roster management and wage control.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with support office departments.
