A store management opportunity

At our Ellenbrook fuel store, we are seeking a retail specialist with strong leadership skills to take on the role of Associate Store Leader.

As a personable individual with effective communication, you will thrive in our environment, supporting various tasks in-store and contributing to its success. Having prior experience in retail and customer service will be advantageous for this role.

You will embody our values and demonstrate a positive and curious approach to work, actively seeking knowledge and experiences. We will provide you with comprehensive training modules, but you must also be someone who can self-motivate to learn independently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of retail specialists to achieve business goals
  • Managing store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling and customer service
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Building relationships with customers and the community
