Your responsibilities will include overseeing a dedicated team of cleaning specialists, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering an environment of excellence.

A few of your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of cleaning specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards across assigned areas, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available while optimising resource utilisation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate seamless operations and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
  • Embrace a hands-on approach, pitching in when needed to maintain exceptional standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational demands.
