Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify business opportunities across diverse sectors, including Food & Commodity, Medical, Logistics, Infrastructure, Government, and Education.
  • Strategic Engagement: Foster strong relationships at all levels of the customer's organization, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, through compelling presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Opportunity Development: Generate new leads through targeted marketing initiatives, industry seminars, and direct outreach to machine makers, large end-users, and system integrators.
  • Solution Alignment: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to customize solutions meeting client needs and drive strategic growth.

  • Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in business development or sales within Automation, Robotic or similar fields, with proficiency in technologies such as PLCs, IoT, and Robotics preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels, including C-suite, demonstrated experience in high-stakes presentations and proposal development.
  • Leadership: Proven strategic vision with a track record of inspiring and motivating others, strong aptitude for setting and achieving ambitious goals.
