Job Description:

**About the Role:**

Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous property management experience to work under a senior Property Manager and develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Work Closely with a Senior Property Manager:** Collaborate with a senior Property Manager to manage a well-performing mixed portfolio of 500 lots.
  • **Tenant Liaison:** Develop strong relationships with tenants to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues promptly.
  • **Maintenance and Repairs:** Oversee routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the portfolio's assets are well-maintained.
  • **Ingoings and Outgoings:** Manage the ingoings and outgoings process to ensure smooth transactions.
  • **No Accounts Responsibilities:** Note that this role does not require any accounts responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • **Previous Property Management Experience:** A minimum of [insert time] years of experience in property management is required.
  • **Qualifications:** A COR/Licence is necessary for this role.
