About the Role

This is a dynamic team that excels in the Real Estate industry, striving to be the top team on the Upper North Shore. We are seeking an entry-level Junior Property Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of properties
  • Conduct thorough inspections for incoming and outgoing tenants
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication
  • Manage arrears and maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Organize and host open homes
  • Verify tenant references
  • Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements
  • A current Certificate of Registration and a valid Driver's License
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • A strong team player with a willingness to support colleagues
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
